Description

Lead enterprise IAM and PAM programs, overseeing Saviynt and Delinea implementations from roadmap to delivery.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource plans for IAM/PAM initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end deployment including onboarding, provisioning, access governance, and privileged account management.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and compliance teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Drive governance processes, risk mitigation, and issue resolution across multiple projects.
• Manage vendors and third-party stakeholders while facilitating steering committee meetings.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT Program or Project Management.
• 3+ years of experience specifically managing IAM/PAM programs.
• Strong understanding of Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Delinea PAM solutions.
• Experience with Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Governance, RBAC, and SoD concepts.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks including SOX, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and NIST.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile/Waterfall project management best practices.
• Strong background in change management and user adoption initiatives.
