Key Responsibilities

• Translate infrastructure needs into actionable program plans, milestones, Jira workstreams, delivery roadmaps, and executive-ready status updates
• Coordinate across engineering, operations, cloud, network, security, application, vendor, and business teams
• Apply traditional, agile, and hybrid delivery practices based on program complexity and operating model
• Maintain governance artifacts including charters, RAID logs, decision logs, dependency trackers, and program dashboards
• Use AI and automation to streamline PMO activities such as status reporting, action-item tracking, and risk identification
• Identify and escalate delivery risks, resource constraints, and timeline impacts with clear recommendations
• Support continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates, and reporting cadences

Required Skills

• PMP certification (required)
• 8+ years of program management experience supporting infrastructure, cloud, data center, network, or IT operations
• Proficiency with Jira and project/portfolio management software
• Experience with waterfall, agile, and hybrid delivery frameworks
• Strong communication skills — ability to convert technical details into concise executive summaries
• Experience using AI-enabled tools or automation to improve PMO productivity and reporting

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with server environments, cloud platforms, change management, and service management
• Experience building repeatable PMO templates, dashboards, and governance routines
• Ability to facilitate steering updates, backlog reviews, and dependency discussions
• Comfort partnering with technical teams while communicating at a business level for leadership audiences
