Description

You will manage and oversee large-scale programs involving approximately 1200 story points per monthly release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Architects, Testing, Development, and Business teams to align delivery.
• Create detailed delivery plans mapped to specific business goals.
• Monitor the overall schedule to ensure smooth process execution.
• Work with business stakeholders to define and understand program requirements.
• Provide executive reporting on planning and final delivery outcomes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Advanced knowledge of the development life-cycle and individual process stages.
• Proven leadership experience in delivery planning and management.
• Experience managing large-scale projects.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master certification.
• PMP certification.
