You will manage complex programs spanning hardware, software, infrastructure, and cloud platforms.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple programs, projects, and clients in parallel.
• Align program deliverables to defined business objectives and outcomes.
• Facilitate planning and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Drive improvement and deliver results across complex scenarios.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of industry experience managing complex projects.
• Proficiency in Agile project management methodologies.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience managing change management processes for service projects.
• Expertise in project planning and execution.
• Proven experience in external and internal customer relationship management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills

• PgMP certification.
• Working knowledge of NetSuite and Salesforce.
