Description

You will own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream programs, establishing vision, governance, and execution strategy. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement program operating models, including cadence, governance, and decision-making structures.
• Develop integrated master roadmaps, manage cross-workstream dependencies, and drive quarterly re-planning.
• Lead steering committees, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment across product, engineering, UX, and vendors.
• Oversee program budget, forecasting, and vendor performance while maintaining financial accountability.
• Provide executive-level reporting, translating complex program details into digestible insights for leadership.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of program or portfolio management experience.
• Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-year, multi-million-dollar programs.
• Deep expertise in Agile, Scrum, and program governance frameworks.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Strong ability to lead with authority and influence without direct control.
• Exceptional communication skills for executive-level reporting and team clarity.
• Bachelor's degree required.
