Description

You will manage IT execution for Real Estate projects, defining scope, budgets, and roadmaps while aligning cross-functional and vendor teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute Real Estate IT projects, collaborating with Network, Security, site support, UC, and vendor teams.
• Define scope, requirements, budget, timelines, and resource allocation for complex programs using established project management disciplines.
• Develop and manage short- and long-term program roadmaps, prioritizing work based on business need and IT capability.
• Maintain project budgets and schedules, managing resource levels to ensure delivery targets are met.
• Facilitate vendor selection, manage vendor relationships, and document stakeholder requirements through business analysis.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, including 5+ years leading diverse projects and programs.
• Technical experience in SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in GIS for Real Estate projects, covering Network, Security/Firewall, and MS Teams setup.
• Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, O365, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.
• Strong cross-group collaboration skills to ensure IT resource alignment across internal teams.
