You will manage the end-to-end integration of IRA and retirement products into the Spruce mobile banking platform through third-party partnerships.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of retirement product integrations, ensuring seamless connections between tax and financial experiences.
• Support implementation of account onboarding, funding, and engagement features across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Compliance teams.
• Drive technical and operational readiness for tax-integrated moments, such as tax-time contributions and account linking.
• Manage third-party vendor relationships and translate business objectives into executable cross-functional plans.
• Align delivery across multiple squads and external partners to ensure customer-centric outcomes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Program Management experience, ideally in mobile app development or migration projects.
• Proven experience integrating systems, specifically retirement systems (IRA, 401k, investment, brokerage accounts).
• Strong third-party vendor management and partnership coordination skills.
• Experience coordinating across several squads and cross-functional teams rather than managing a single squad.
• Proficiency with project management tools: Jira, Asana, MS Project.
• Working knowledge of APIs and platform integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with senior leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with retirement or long-term savings products and familiarity with regulatory considerations (KYC, AML).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field.
