Description

Lead large-scale IT programs, managing application lifecycles, technical debt reduction, and modernization initiatives across cloud and on-premise environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage people and large programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivery timelines.
• Oversee application lifecycle activities, including maintenance, enhancements, and modernization efforts.
• Drive technical debt reduction and application refactoring while maintaining high performance, scalability, and security.
• Support internal and external audits, implementing IT governance best practices and ensuring compliance with standards like PCI.
• Blend Agile and Waterfall methodologies to fit specific program needs, managing CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years managing people and large programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and modern infrastructure practices.
• Experience with DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Fluency in MS Office tools (Project, Visio).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMP Certification.
• Experience with Program Management Office (PMO) methodologies.
• Tolling experience.
