Description

Key Responsibilities:

• ​Lead end-to-end program execution, including planning, prioritization, dependencies, milestones, risks, and delivery governance.
• ​Manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery commitments.
• ​Partner with engineering, product, QA, operations, business, and client stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
• ​Establish program governance, reporting, dashboards, status reviews, and executive-level communications.
• ​Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and cross-functional blockers.
• ​Lead triage, defect management, RCA, and escalation processes to ensure timely resolution.
• ​Drive continuous improvement, automation, and process optimization across program delivery.
• ​Track program financials, resource utilization, schedules, and overall delivery health.
• ​Facilitate stakeholder meetings, steering committees, working sessions, and program reviews.
• ​Ensure effective transition, KT, release planning, and operational readiness.
• ​Leverage AI/GenAI capabilities to improve reporting, analysis, RCA, documentation, and overall program efficiency
