Program Manager

Lead end-to-end instructional design and development of digital and blended learning solutions for global product launches.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and build interactive learning experiences using Articulate Rise and Storyline.
• Develop self-paced eLearning modules, workshops, facilitator materials, and learning pathways.
• Create multimedia assets including AI-generated videos, simulations, and interactive content.
• Manage localization and country-specific adaptation of learning assets for global affiliates.
• Coordinate project timelines, review cycles, approvals, and vendor deliverables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design or learning technology.
• Expert-level proficiency in Articulate Rise and Storyline.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and LXD methodologies.
• Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning deployment.
• Proficiency in Synthesia or AI-enabled content creation tools.
• Strong project management and vendor coordination skills.
• Mastery of Microsoft 365 Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing global product launch curricula and disease state education.
• Background in translating complex scientific or commercial information into learner-centered content.
