Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute platform migrations and data conversions, including legacy-to-target mapping, mock conversions, reconciliation, and cutover
• Translate customer requirements into scoped work packages in collaboration with business analysts, product SMEs, and technical teams
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans; track delivery against milestones
• Manage scope, change requests, and RAID items — escalate early and drive resolution
• Coordinate across onsite/offshore teams, product vendors, and client stakeholders including operations, trust officers, IT, and compliance
• Oversee testing cycles (SIT, UAT, regression, parallel runs) and release readiness
• Run governance cadences: status reports, steering committee updates, executive readouts
• Support post-go-live stabilization and handoff to production support

Required Skills

• 10+ years in IT project or program management; 5+ years in wealth management, trust, custody, or private banking
• Proven delivery of product upgrades, platform migrations, and custom enhancement programs
• Strong domain knowledge: trust and portfolio accounting, custody, fee billing, corporate actions, reconciliation, client reporting
• Experience managing data conversions and multi-phase cutovers in regulated financial services
• Proficiency in Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery methodologies
• Tooling: JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or Smartsheet
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience leading distributed onsite and offshore teams

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Global Plus, AddVantage, Trust Desk, or Charlotte
• Familiarity with SEI, InvestCloud, Avaloq, Temenos WealthSuite, or SS&C
• Background in bank trust departments, wealth managers, or asset servicing firms
• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe certification
