Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end system implementation projects across all phases of the SDLC, including Design, Build, Testing, Implementation, and Release/Deployment.

Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.

Coordinate with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to align project objectives and outcomes.

Facilitate communication and collaboration across multiple workstreams and teams.

Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain delivery schedules.

Ensure project documentation, reporting, and governance processes are effectively maintained.

Drive stakeholder engagement and provide regular updates to leadership and project sponsors.

Support change management and adoption activities during system rollouts and releases.

Required Qualifications

10-12 years of overall professional experience (maximum 15 years preferred).

Proven experience managing large-scale IT system implementation projects.

Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and deliverables.

Hands-on experience working across SDLC phases, including:

Design

Build

Testing

Implementation

Release/Deployment

Ability to clearly articulate project responsibilities, deliverables, and outcomes at each project phase.

Strong program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Demonstrated success coordinating cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and complex project dependencies.

Experience managing projects involving 10+ stakeholders and multiple interconnected systems.

Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience within Supply Chain systems, operations, or related industry environments.

Exposure to AI and/or Generative AI initiatives.

PMP, Agile, Scrum, or other project management certifications are a plus
