You will translate infrastructure needs into actionable program plans, roadmaps, and executive-ready status updates.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across engineering, operations, cloud, network, security, and business teams to align delivery goals.
• Apply traditional, agile, and hybrid delivery practices based on program complexity and operating models.
• Maintain governance artifacts including charters, RAID logs, decision logs, dependency trackers, and program dashboards.
• Use AI and automation to streamline PMO activities such as status reporting, action-item tracking, and risk identification.
• Identify and escalate delivery risks, resource constraints, and timeline impacts with clear recommendations.

Required Skills

• PMP certification (required).
• 8+ years of program management experience supporting infrastructure, cloud, data center, network, or IT operations.
• Proficiency with Jira and project/portfolio management software.
• Experience with waterfall, agile, and hybrid delivery frameworks.
• Strong communication skills to convert technical details into concise executive summaries.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools or automation to improve PMO productivity and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with server environments, cloud platforms, change management, and service management.
• Ability to facilitate steering updates, backlog reviews, and dependency discussions.
