Description

You will lead end-to-end delivery management and execution for business solutions within the US healthcare sector.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex programs by applying healthcare and business expertise to meet long-term organizational objectives.
• Lead cross-functional, internal, and external resource teams by negotiating with partners and setting project priorities.
• Execute and monitor projects, programs, and services designed to increase engagement and participation.
• Prepare and deliver key presentations to the leadership team to support strategic decision-making.
• Initiate cross-functional projects and processes to shape the design and execution of products and services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, operations, program management, or project management.
• 2+ years of experience specifically within the healthcare sector.
• Hands-on experience working within the Agile model and in-depth understanding of Agile practices and ceremonies.
• Experience working in corporate (employee) health or global health environments.
• Proven ability in Program Management and Project Management.
• Strong program coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to act as a thought partner to leadership regarding long-term strategy prioritization.
