Description

Lead large-scale IT programs and drive end-to-end project execution for complex, high-volume data environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale cloud and on-premises projects involving complex data workflows.
• Execute programs using Agile methodologies and track delivery metrics to ensure team productivity.
• Evaluate risks at the project and account level to develop proactive mitigation and contingency plans.
• Own customer concerns from identification through to closure.
• Communicate strategic options and data-driven insights to senior management and executive stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of total IT experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing large projects or programs.
• Proven experience working within an onsite-offshore delivery model.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and establishing delivery metrics.
• Strong competency in risk management and strategic planning.
• Ability to lead multifunctional teams and manage customer expectations.
• Experience managing projects involving large data volumes.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, C#, Vue/Nuxt, and UI/UX.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
• 3-year tenure in previous roles.
