Description

You will lead the people side of change for large-scale IT initiatives within a large corporate environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of new business processes, systems, and technology.
• Design and write program-related communications for all stakeholders.
• Identify key stakeholders and conduct impact analyses to manage anticipated resistance.
• Coach senior leaders and executives to fulfill their roles as effective change sponsors.
• Integrate change management activities into project plans and define metrics to measure adoption success.

Required Skills

• Proven success managing change for large-scale IT initiatives in a large corporation.
• Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Change management certification or designation is required.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and move matrixed teams toward a common goal.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience conducting impact analyses and managing stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and solve problems via root cause identification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coaching senior executives on change leadership.
• Background in complex IT transformation projects.
