Description

Drive end-to-end delivery management for large-scale digital programs.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own the program roadmap, rollouts, and strategic discussions with internal and customer stakeholders.
• Manage program-level progress, budgeting, and delivery accomplishments.
• Lead teams of 25+ members, identifying resource needs and upskilling team capabilities.
• Mitigate risks and escalations by working with Scrum Masters and Product Owners on root cause analysis and remediation.
• Oversee delivery quality, vendor relationships, and compliance reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale digital programs with 25+ team members.
• Experience in the Retail domain.
• Ability to manage end-to-end delivery and budget preparation.
• Working knowledge of Cloud and DevOps technologies.
• Experience with Jira and Scrum Master workflows.
• Strong background in managing partners, vendors, and suppliers.
• Degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills

• eCommerce background.
• Experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM) or Value Creation initiatives.
