Description

Lead ERP implementation and optimization for Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for on-time execution.
• Ensure alignment between ERP functionalities and business requirements.
• Oversee testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during execution.
• Provide status updates and reports to stakeholders and executive leadership.

Required Skills

• Proven expertise in ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Infor LN, or similar.
• Strong project management skills with experience leading ERP-related projects.
• Proficiency in creating and managing project documentation, budgets, and schedules.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams.
• 5+ years of professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience facilitating training sessions and supporting change management initiatives.
• Knowledge of industry standards and compliance best practices.
