Description

Lead large-scale strategic programs from inception through implementation, managing planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Direct multidisciplinary projects by developing work plans, schedules, milestones, and task accountabilities.
• Consult with leadership and business partners to define KPIs, long-term goals, and strategic action plans.
• Identify, scope, and document business solution requirements to align with program and channel goals.
• Monitor performance metrics to identify gaps and execute change management techniques for quality improvements.
• Manage risk exposure and ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project leadership and execution involving technology and cross-functional teams.
• Expert knowledge of project lifecycles and management methodologies.
• Proven experience in client and vendor management to achieve tactical and strategic goals.
• Extensive experience in workflow and program development, including requirements documents and implementation plans.
• Strong ability to manage multiple initiatives and shifting priorities independently.
• Experience leading, guiding, and coaching professional staff.
• Skill in change management to improve operational efficiency.

Preferred Skills

• PPM Certification or equivalent experience.
• Expert analytical thinking skills for identifying patterns, results, and relationships.
