Description

You will manage and coordinate Technology & Data delivery activities across mergers, acquisitions, divestments, and complex business transactions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate delivery activities across Infrastructure, Applications, Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, and Supply Chain Technology teams.
• Develop integrated project plans, milestone tracking, and visibility of critical dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Support project delivery through all phases, including planning, execution, transition, closure, and operational readiness.
• Maintain project RAID logs, identifying and proactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Escalate critical risks through established governance channels and ensure compliance with delivery standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience, specifically in M&A or complex business transactions.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain, Cybersecurity, and ERP systems.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating activities across diverse technology workstreams.
• Proficiency in maintaining RAID logs and managing project governance, risk, and control.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
