You will manage complex programs and oversee personnel to meet strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage a workforce of up to 20 personnel.
• Execute strategic planning, risk management, and change management processes.
• Act as a liaison with various levels of Department of Defense (DoD) management and contract stakeholders.
• Direct the lifecycle of complex projects from inception to completion.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Department of Defense (DoD) liaison activities and contract management.
• 3+ years of experience in personnel management.
• 3+ years of experience in strategic planning and risk management.
• 3+ years of experience in change management.
• 3+ years of experience managing complex projects.
• Technical proficiency with computers, systems, databases, and general office software.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate standing.
