Lead the definition, implementation, and delivery of complex programs with cross-functional collaboration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive product development by designing roadmaps, translating requirements, and prototyping.
• Manage product budgets, timelines, and task prioritization to align teams with strategic objectives.
• Oversee demand, releases, roadmaps, and backlogs while managing project resources and people.
• Monitor and manage large, complex, and geographically dispersed IT infrastructure and applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program or product management.
• Experience in product development, including roadmap design and performance metric evaluation.
• Proficiency in data analysis to identify trends and inform business conclusions.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas to VP-level executive leadership.
• Skilled in risk assessment, governance, and compliance policy creation.
• Working understanding of Java and JavaScript programming.
• Hands-on experience with Excel, Tableau, or Power BI for data visualization and dashboards.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and SAFe Agile best practices.
• Expertise with O365 toolsets including MS Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in change management to meet organizational strategic objectives.
• Background in designing business models and interpreting market insights.
