Description

You will manage complex software and hardware system implementations, aligning project objectives with stakeholder goals while leading teams through all phases of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with stakeholders, managers, and key vendors to ensure successful delivery of projects and programs.
• Define deliverables, create and monitor sprints, project schedules, and backlogs using waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Develop project plans, resource plans, program metrics, and communication plans to support decision-making and status reporting.
• Identify project and resource dependencies, collaborating with team members to maintain schedule adherence and resolve risks.
• Lead teams through all SDLC phases, providing thought leadership on IT applications and business processes.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience managing and implementing concurrent separate initiatives of varying size.
• Minimum of four individual multi-year project implementation experiences.
• Proven success leading initiatives within an agile methodology environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Project, and MS Visio.
• Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence for tracking and documentation.
• PMP, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMIACP), or other Agile/ScrumMaster certification required.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate teams, provide coaching, and foster an atmosphere of trust and innovation.
