Description

You will lead the delivery of complex, large-scale IT programs from initiation through closeout, serving as the primary technical liaison between infrastructure, development, QA, and business stakeholders.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring alignment with stakeholder goals and project objectives.
• Guide teams through the SDLC using hybrid Agile and Waterfall methodologies, defining deliverables and managing backlogs.
• Identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and manage resources to keep schedules on track.
• Prepare executive-level steering committee communications and manage vendor relationships.
• Provide coaching and direction to team members to ensure high-performance delivery.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience managing concurrent, large-scale IT initiatives.
• Minimum of 4 individual multi-year project implementation experiences.
• Proven success leading initiatives within an Agile environment.
• PMP certification AND a PMI-ACP or Agile/ScrumMaster certification.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Project, and MS Visio.
• Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
• Based in the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.
