Lead complex product and program implementations within Healthcare Payer and Third-party Administration domains.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate implementations for self-funded clients, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and documented scope.
• Develop project plans, manage schedules, track resources, and oversee project financials and budgets.
• Establish program governance and implement project management standards and processes.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies while providing clear communication to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to define project scope, resources, and timelines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of program or project management experience focused on client and product implementation.
• 4+ years in Healthcare Payer environments managing Business and IT solutions.
• Experience with self-funded client implementations involving Benefit Administration, Claims Administration, Portals, Finance, and Reporting.
• Working knowledge of Payer Administration, client implementation, and product enablement.
• Proficiency in change management principles and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to communicate and persuade stakeholders and management at all levels.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a healthcare-related field.
