Description

Lead cross-functional IT and business initiatives within the Life Sciences R&D GxP domain, managing senior stakeholders and steering committees.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage senior and executive IT and business stakeholders, leading steering committee meetings to align program goals.
• Oversee cross-functional, cross-vendor, and cross-program initiatives to ensure successful delivery.
• Apply strong GxP domain expertise to maintain compliance and quality in all program activities.
• Maintain client relationships and drive program management best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault Clinical, specifically CTMS and Site Connect (eTMF experience is acceptable).
• Proven ability to manage senior/executive stakeholders and lead steering committee meetings.
• Strong Life Sciences R&D GxP domain expertise.
• Experience managing cross-functional and cross-vendor initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Skills

• Client Relationship Management experience.
