Description

You will lead AI governance, regulatory compliance, and post-merger process integration for AI/ML lifecycles.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI governance frameworks aligned with ethical, regulatory, and business standards.
• Lead compliance efforts for the EU AI Act, including risk classification and conformity assessments.
• Reconcile AI governance processes following M&A activity to harmonize workflows and identify overlaps.
• Integrate AI governance reviews with existing architecture review processes to reduce duplication.
• Oversee AI risk assessments, model inventories, and validation processes across business units.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of overall professional experience.
• 8+ years in program/project management, risk, or compliance roles with an AI or governance background.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, lifecycles, and Gen AI systems.
• 2+ years of experience with regulatory frameworks including EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and OECD AI Principles.
• 2 years of experience applying Ethical and Responsible AI Principles (accountability, explainability, fairness, and transparency).
• 5 years of experience in post-merger integration, M&A, and process reconciliation.
• Experience working in a global enterprise or regulated industry.
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Strong stakeholder management and change leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in AI ethics, compliance, or risk management.
• Familiarity with architecture review boards and technical governance processes.
