Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize roadshows, presentations, and stakeholder engagement activities to communicate Amplify's vision, progress, and business value.
• Develop and execute education and enablement programs that help teams understand and effectively consume data and insights from C360 and Amplify solutions.
• Drive change management efforts to accelerate adoption and alignment across business and technology teams.
• Establish and manage Amplify governance forums, including monthly or bi-weekly operating rhythms, decision tracking, and stakeholder accountability.
• Serve as a program management lead across internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment, communication, and execution of cross-functional initiatives.
• Create executive-level communications and narratives that translate complex concepts into clear, compelling stories for diverse audiences.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong storytelling, presentation, and enterprise communication skills.
• Experience leading organizational change management and adoption programs.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex initiatives across multiple teams and business functions.
• Ability to translate technical concepts and data-driven solutions into business-relevant outcomes.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and program governance experience
