Description

You will lead program management and data enablement initiatives, driving adoption of Amplify and C360 solutions across business and technology teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Organize roadshows, presentations, and stakeholder engagement activities to communicate vision and business value.
• Develop and execute education and enablement programs to help teams effectively consume data and insights.
• Drive change management efforts to accelerate adoption and alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Establish and manage governance forums, including operating rhythms, decision tracking, and stakeholder accountability.
• Create executive-level communications that translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in program management and data management.
• Proven ability to lead organizational change management and adoption programs.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating enterprise communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate complex initiatives across multiple teams and business functions.
• Experience with Amplify Pillar Enablement or similar data solution enablement.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
