Required Skills

• 13+ years of professional experience.
• Proven track record as a Program Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Extensive hands-on experience with MarkLogic.
• Expertise in data management strategies.
• Experience managing large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong proficiency in risk management and change management processes.
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
