Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of complex programs within the MVNO sector.
• Develop strategies for telecommunications-focused initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder engagement throughout the program lifecycle.
• Drive the seamless delivery of strategic telecom projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program management.
• Deep expertise in MVNO operations and environments.
• Strong understanding of Telecom industry standards.
• Experience working with OSS (Operations Support Systems).
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing large-scale telecom infrastructure projects.
