Job Responsibilities include:

Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of complex Salesforce and cloud-based initiatives.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for project communications.

Identify and mitigate risks, manage scope changes, and drive issue resolution to ensure successful outcomes.

Promote process improvements and implement project management best practices to enhance delivery efficiency and team performance.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).

8–10+ years of program/project management experience, preferably with Salesforce platforms.

Strong experience managing large-scale Salesforce initiatives with expertise in stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.

Proven ability to deliver complex programs in cloud environments (AWS preferred) with strong knowledge of project management methodologies and process improvement practices
