Description

Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management for complex Salesforce and cloud-based initiatives, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver Salesforce and cloud projects from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resources to meet quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client and stakeholder communications.
• Identify risks, manage scope changes, and drive issue resolution.
• Promote process improvements and implement project management best practices.

Required Skills

• 8–10+ years of program or project management experience.
• Proven experience managing large-scale Salesforce initiatives.
• Strong expertise in stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience delivering complex programs in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.
