Description

Manage large-scale programs and lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organization. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead architects and engineers to deliver complex technical programs.
• Track and report program progress across multiple systems.
• Build consensus and resolve problems with business leaders.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for senior leadership.
• Manage program challenges autonomously while collaborating with remote teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program management or management consulting.
• Scrum Master experience.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookups.
• Strong PowerPoint presentation skills for executive audiences.
• Bachelor's Degree in a technology-related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Global Markets, Risk, Finance, or Treasury technology.
