Description

You will lead the planning and implementation of ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM projects to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.

  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM.

  • Proven experience managing ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM projects.
  • Expertise in Program Management.
