Description

You will lead the planning and implementation of ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM projects to meet business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of project scopes, objectives, and deliverables for CMDB/CSDM initiatives.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the ServiceNow CMDB environment.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in professional environments.
• Proven experience managing ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM projects.
• Expertise in Program Management methodologies and tools.
• Strong knowledge of risk management and mitigation techniques.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Any Graduate).
• Experience with ServiceNow platform administration.
