Description

You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of core banking system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed program plans covering project scoping, timelines, resource planning, and budgeting.
• Lead cross-functional teams including IT professionals, business analysts, and external consultants.
• Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and SLA adherence.
• Mitigate program risks and oversee quality assurance through functional, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate with change management and compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence and smooth operational transitions.

Required Skills

• 12-17 years of program or project management experience within Banking or Financial Services.
• Proven experience managing core banking system implementations, specifically Temenos T24.
• Fluency in Romanian is required.
• Strong background in IT infrastructure and digital transformation projects.
• Expertise in budget control, change management, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project or Jira.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
• Temenos Implementation – TLC Certification.
