Description

Lead end-to-end implementations of core banking systems, focusing on Temenos T24. Own the full lifecycle from scoping to operational transition.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed program plans covering scoping, timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting.
• Lead cross-functional teams of IT professionals, business analysts, and external consultants.
• Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and service level agreements.
• Mitigate project risks and oversee quality assurance through functional, performance, and UAT phases.
• Coordinate change management activities to facilitate user training and operational transitions.

Required Skills

• 12-17 years of program or project management experience within Banking and Financial Services.
• Proven track record managing core banking system implementations, specifically Temenos T24.
• Deep understanding of core banking processes, IT infrastructure, and digital transformation.
• Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project and Jira.
• Strong expertise in budget control, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Fluency in Romanian is required.
• Expertise in Change Management, Quality Assurance, and stakeholder reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
• Temenos Implementation – TLC Certification.
