You will own the planning, execution, and delivery of large, complex projects across diverse technical and non-technical teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Track project milestones and recommend schedule or resource adjustments.
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Lead coordination across technical and non-technical teams.
• Manage vendors and third-party project deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures.

Required Skills

• PMP® certification.
• 10+ years of experience managing large, complex projects.
• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera, and Jira.
• Strong experience with PMO methodologies, standards, and documentation.
• Proven expertise in risk and issue management, milestone tracking, and corrective action planning.
• Experience facilitating meetings, documenting outcomes, and producing status reports.
• Strong communication, presentation, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Agile or Scrum certification; ITIL Foundation certification.
• Experience managing waterfall projects and state government projects (Rule 60GG-1, F.A.C. compliance).
• Knowledge of IT standards in criminal justice environments.
