Description

You will lead project execution and facilitate Agile ceremonies as a Program Manager and Scrum Master.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies and manage team workflows.
• Track project progress and manage tasks within Jira.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Oversee program delivery timelines and resource allocation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in program or project management.
• Expertise in Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience using Jira for task and sprint management.
• Working knowledge of Java environments.
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
