Description

Project Planning & Delivery

• Lead compute-related projects including server refresh, data center transformation, cloud migration, virtualization upgrades, and capacity expansion.
• Define project scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope.

Stakeholder & Governance Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, IT leadership, and global teams.
• Prepare and present project status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership forums.
• Ensure adherence to Food and Beverage governance, compliance, and approval processes.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with Compute Engineering, Storage, Application, Security, and Service Management teams.
• Coordinate with vendors and system integrators to meet delivery commitments.
• Manage dependencies across global and regional IT initiatives.

Risk, Issue & Change Management

• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Manage change requests ensuring alignment with business objectives and impact analysis.
• Lead escalation management when required.

Financial & Resource Management

• Track project budgets, forecasts, and actuals.
• Manage resourcing plans, including internal teams and external partners.
• Ensure cost optimization and transparent financial reporting.

Quality, Security & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with security, cyber risk, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Align project delivery with enterprise architecture and infrastructure standards.
• Support readiness for audits and operational handover.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve project execution, documentation, and standardization.
• Promote best practices in project management and infrastructure delivery.

Qualifications:
Core Skills

• Strong experience managing infrastructure / compute projects
• Solid understanding of:
  • Server platforms (Windows / Linux)
  • Virtualization (VMware preferred)
  • Cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS)
• Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid)
• Experience working in global, matrixed organizations

Project & Leadership Skills

• Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills
• Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• High accountability and ownership mindset

Experience

• 10+ years overall IT experience
• 10+ years in infrastructure or compute-focused project management
  (band dependent)

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Master’s degree or PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred

Preferred Certifications (Optional)

• PMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe
• ITIL Foundation
