Responsibilities

• Execute project lifecycles using established management frameworks.
• Lead agile ceremonies and team workflows as a Scrum Master.
• Manage project deliverables and timelines to meet organizational requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on program objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in program or project management.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• PMI Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM) certification.
• Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proficiency with PMI methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
