Description

You will manage high-risk strategic IT enterprise projects covering application development and infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle software development projects using agile, hybrid, and waterfall methodologies.
• Lead agile ceremonies, manage sprint backlogs with Product Owners, and remove impediments for scrum teams.
• Coordinate team velocity, report on progress, and delegate tasks to support team development.
• Communicate project status and requirements to stakeholders at all levels of authority.
• Facilitate post-program and project reviews to drive organizational learning.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing IT enterprise projects involving infrastructure and application development.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince 2 certification.
• Scrum or SAFe Agile certification.
• Experience with full lifecycle software development methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead scrum teams and measure team velocity.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.

Preferred Skills

• Experience serving as an Agile Coach.
• Previous experience acting as a ScrumMaster.
