Description

You will lead federal IT program planning, execution, and contract performance, managing schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, budgets, staffing, and deliverables for federal IT initiatives.
• Coordinate Agile software development teams and oversee application modernization efforts.
• Drive cloud migration and system integration projects.
• Prepare status reports, executive briefings, risk registers, and comprehensive project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with federal security and accessibility requirements.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years managing Federal IT programs or application development projects.
• 5+ years supporting Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud, or enterprise applications.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban), DevSecOps, SDLC, and cloud modernization.
• Knowledge of FISMA, NIST SP 800-53, ATO, and Section 508.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
