Description

Lead program quality for the MES IT program to ensure high-quality outcomes and deliverables.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document processes and technical artifacts to drive organizational quality and adherence.
• Partner with business and technology teams to identify and align with process owners.
• Design process models and organizational structures based on PMI best practices.
• Manage complex IT outsourced environments and vendor relationships.
• Support organizational change management as the program matures and grows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Expertise in PMI processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Visio or similar process documentation software.
• Strong facilitation and documentation skills.
• Experience in IT project management.
• Experience in healthcare project management.
• Ability to work independently as a Subject Matter Expert.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Agile frameworks including Scrum and SAFe.
• Six Sigma certification.
• Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience.
