You will manage member cases and coordinate service delivery for a three-month contract with long-term potential.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 70% to visit members at their homes or public locations.
• Manage member cases and ensure program requirements are met onsite in Fort Myers.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.

Required Skills

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credentials.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Managed Care experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work onsite in Fort Myers, FL.

Preferred Skills

• Any graduate degree.
