You will perform professional administrative work to support Learning and Development operations.
Responsibilities
Create and maintain skills-based programs, including new skills handbooks and instructor handbooks.
Organize large datasets and assist in building assessments and question sets.
Coordinate program revamps and manage specific projects or services.
Conduct research, data compilation, and report writing regarding budgets, workforce management, and operations.
Analyze workflows to improve process efficiencies and implement cost reductions.
Required Skills
5+ years of professional experience in a learning environment, training and development, business administration, program management, or organizational development.
Strong knowledge of public administration principles and methods.
Proficiency in data gathering and compilation methods.
Ability to write clear, concise reports, memoranda, directives, and technical data sheets.
Ability to develop comprehensive plans with minimal supervision.
Ability to plan, assign, and supervise the work of others.
Effective communication skills for discussing problems and complaints with stakeholders.
Proven ability to establish and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge or experience in the Utility field, specifically Water and Wastewater.
Experience with instructional design and assessment creation.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Design, or Business Administration.
