You will support Learning and Development operations through administrative, analytical, and program management tasks.
This role is on-site.
Responsibilities
Create and maintain skills-based programs, including new and instructor handbooks.
Organize large datasets and assist in building assessments and question sets.
Coordinate program revamps and manage specific projects or services.
Conduct research, compile data, and write reports on budgets, workforce management, and operations.
Analyze workflows to improve process efficiencies and implement cost reductions.
Required Skills
5+ years of professional experience in learning environments, training and development, business administration, program management, or organizational development.
Strong knowledge of public administration principles and methods.
Proficiency in data gathering and compilation methods.
Ability to write clear, concise reports, memoranda, directives, and technical data sheets.
Ability to develop comprehensive plans with minimal supervision.
Ability to plan, assign, and supervise the work of others.
Bachelor's Degree.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge or experience in the Utility field, specifically Water and Wastewater.
Experience with instructional design and assessment creation.
