Description

You will support the day-to-day management of a core banking modernization program in Pasig, Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication and coordination across nine distinct program streams to assist the Program Director.
• Support program planning, scheduling, and tracking to ensure milestones are met and resources are allocated.
• Maintain program documentation, including status reports, budget summaries, and meeting minutes.
• Organize workshops and develop communication content for internal and external stakeholders.
• Track issues and risks to support the development of mitigation strategies and change management activities.

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in project management or program support within an IT or technology function.
• Proven experience within the banking sector.
• Experience working in the Philippines or Asian markets.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for project planning and monitoring.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and complex program streams simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of core banking systems.
