Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define the test strategy and test plan with proper estimation and delivery schedule
• Specify, design and develop the validation environment and tools including web/desktop applications, VM, test bench, and OS
• Ensure requirements traceability according to Requirements Management Plan for project compliance
• Integrate components from various development teams and perform integration to prepare validation platform
• Use automation scripts and batch files to automate the integration and validation tasks efficiently
• Produce comprehensive validation result reports and associated Change Requests for identified defects
• Contribute to standardization by reusing existing solutions or implementing reusable solutions across projects
• Maintain strong collaboration with architects and designers throughout the entire Software Validation cycle
• Apply organization processes and standards consistently in all validation activities and deliverables

Experience Required: 3-8 years of experience in Software Testing and Requirement Based Testing with good knowledge in SW Module/functional and integration testing

Education: Bachelor/Post Graduate in Engineering – IT, CS, ECE & EEE or Equivalent
